THE POLICY AND GOALS OF THE COMPANY IN RELATION TO QUALITY

The policy and goals of the company in relation to quality correspond to the requirements of ISO 9001, EN 9100 and Aviation Rules АП–21.

 

THE PRINCIPLES OF THE COMPANY POLICY IN RELATION TO QUALITY

The policy in relation to quality is directed to:

  1. the customer and the fulfillment of his/her requirements:
  • providing the product correspondence with customer’s sound requirements and expectations;
  • providing the product correspondence with function characteristics, state standards, norms and regulations;
  • improvement of client service methods.
  1. realization of process and system approach to the System of quality management:
  • definition and establishment of the processes of the enterprise’s System of quality management in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, EN 9100:2008;
  • administration of the processes of the System of quality management as a dynamic balanced system;
  • continuous improvement of the methods and means of product and production processes evaluation.
  1. setting and support of mutually advantageous relationship with the suppliers:
  • mending of long-term cooperation.

CJSC “Rusaviainter” achieves success in the set tasks’ fulfillment with the help of:

  1. administration’s leadership, their obligations and active participation in development of resultant and effective System of quality management:
  • development of prediction and strategic goals that correspond to the enterprise activity, controlling the new production methods and new types of production;
  • informing the personnel about the values related to the quality of processes and products, creating the environment that contributes to the informational exchange;
  • defining the products’ life cycle, main and auxiliary processes, providing the processes with necessary resources;
  • defining the methods of the company’s activity measurement and analysis in order to ascertain the effectiveness of the made decisions.
  1. continuous involvement of the personnel into the company’s activity:
  • teaching, motivation and encouragement of personnel, these arrangements are done to produce high-quality products;
  • development and keeping the corporate culture.
  1. top management’s decision-making only on the basis of authentic facts:
  • forming and using a balanced system of factors for decision-making that include the factors of:
    • financial and economic activity;
    • customers’ satisfaction;
    • processes’ characteristics;
    • growth of personnel qualification;
  • using the principle of comparison of the enterprise to the competitors considered the best of the market;
  • using constantly improving methods of collecting the data about the products and processes of their manufacturing, technologies of these data processing.
  1. using know-how in the field of the company’s activity.

The policy related to quality is regularly analyzed by the administration who uses it as the means of quality management improvement.

 

REALIZATION OF THE POLICY RELATED TO QUALITY

The realization of the approved and documentary formalized Policy of the enterprise in relation to quality is provided by:

  • the enterprise’s General Manager’s personal participation in the work over the quality;
  • all the enterprise’s personnel’s participation in the work over the quality;
  • every employee motivation to providing quality of labour;
  • regular inner control of the functional effectiveness of the System of quality management conducted by the group of enterprise’s experts – auditors on quality.
